Office Manager
Full-Time - $23-26/hour DOE
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations by managing, scheduling and training staff
- Implement standard operating procedures
- Assist with classifying and scheduling calls
- Communicate/follow up with insurance companies and owners to ensure high quality service
- Evaluate and help gather/communicate estimates
- Processing payments
- Main contact for company contract customers
- Conflict resolution
- Other duties as directed
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum administrative experience (towing/trucking industry and dispatch experience preferred)
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Drive
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM with overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass drug test and a background check
